Apexglobal maintains active engagement in refined petroleum products, with a particular focus on EN590 (10ppm ULSD) supply programs structured for institutional buyers. Our role is mandate-driven and execution-focused, supporting: - Buyer and seller mandate coordination - Structured FOB or CIF delivery frameworks - Compliance-led transaction sequencing - Verification, inspection, and secure settlement protocols We do not operate as open-market brokers. EN590 engagements are pursued only where mandates, procedures, and counterparty credentials meet strict internal screening standards.
